Privacy policy

We value privacy and do not want access to any more of your personal data than is absolutely necessary.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information when you browse our website, other than your IP address, which is stored temporarily in case it is required for server administration and security. We do not use Google Analytics.

If you contact us by email or via our website, we retain your message and accompanying contact details securely in order to facilitate your enquiry and provide any services you requested. If you contact us by phone we might jot down your name on a bit of paper (very temporarily) to remind us to deal with your enquiry with our legendary speed and efficiency.

We will not share your data or use it for any other purpose except as required by our hosting company (Hosting UK) in the operation of our servers, or if required by law.

If you would like any information about any of the data we hold on you, or feel you might have something to complain about, please email us at web@mid.co.uk.

Our site uses the following cookies, which do not contain any personally identifiable information. You are free to decline them using the cookie on/off switch provided.

exp_last_visit and exp_last_activity: these cookies store the date and time respectively of your last activity on our site. These are ‘persistent’ cookies, which do not automatically expire when you close your browser.

exp_cookies_allowed: this ‘persistent’ (one year) cookie simply indicates whether you have given consent for cookies to be set.
